Single Day Events
Hourly & Half-Day Rentals
Minimum 4-hour rental. Earliest start time 8am, latest end time 11pm.

Sunday – Thursday
Ideal for intimate gatherings, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, and corporate luncheons on a weekday.

$250/dayAdd daytime access to the lake house during your event. Overnight stay not permitted with this add-on.
House Stay Overnight
$350/nightOvernight stay in the lake house. Beds for 6, max 12 guests. Check-in 10am first day, check-out 12pm last day. No smoking inside.
Cleaning Fee (under 8 hrs)
$75Required for single day events booked for less than 8 hours.
Cleaning Fee (8 hrs or more)
$150Required for single day events booked for 8 hours or more, and all wedding packages.
Alcohol Insurance
$125Required if alcohol will be consumed on the property during your event.
Security Guard
